Security System Brief
Brief
SecuritEase is in the process of a new fit out of the Level 7, 25 Victoria Street, Petone.
As part of the new fit out - a floor level security system is needed to operate on the 2 main doors from the public area, to the private office.
There is also a requirement to secure a small number of internal doors to secure areas within the office. These areas may include some communications equipment etc.

The existing building access security service is owned by the building owners and operated under subcontract to Waterfords Security Services.
The building security service is a standalone service, and not directly accessible or available to SecuritEase teams.
This controls the perimeter access to the building, including access to internal stairs and lift access to floors.
Changes to card access, permissions and other MACS is made via an email and processed by Waterfords.
This is considered a closed system, and not in scope of this project.
The brief therefore is to recommend, design, and supervise the implementation of an access control system for SecuritEase International NZ Limited as tenants of L7, 25 Victoria Street.
